Emerald Winds Collin of Brackenhill
My first Gypsy Stallion EW Collin of Brackenhill. I was so very blessed to have acquire him in 2015 from Sandra Adams, Parker Place Farm Gypsy Horses in North Carolina…someone that I’m honored to call a dear friend. I could not have asked for a more perfect stallion than Collin he was so well mannered, easy to handle, kind, and gentle all of these traits he passed on to his offspring. He as a gentleman with the mares and loved his babies.
Collin was my heart horse. He came to the United States from the United Kingdom as a three year old. Trained by James Taylor and purchased by Joanne Ranno Griffin who brought him to the United States. Joanne knows more about the Gypsy breed than anyone I know. Collin had the most incredible smooth trot and seemed to float when he moved.
He sired many incredible foals in the short time I had him. Sadly the time was cut short due to a horrible injury in April 2022 at just 23 years of age.
